Youth Participation session in Croatia

Representatives of Europe House Slavonski Brod had an opportunity to visit Medicinary high school of Slavonski Brod and to organize a lecture and workshop with the topic “Youth participation”.

Participants of the activity were high school students of Medicinary school and representatives of student councils. They had an opportunity to hear more information about active citizenship and activities of student councils – how do they work, who can become a member, what is their purpose, etc.

 Afterwards, representatives of EHSB presented concept of the Youth Guarantee and its importance. Then, everyone together concluded how volunteering, as a powerful tool for improving skills, in combination with Youth Guarantee might bring up some solutions into youth employability issue.
